In Las Vegas, we start 2004 with a grateful heart
Our Strip wasn't nuked, no hotels blown apart
Revelers enjoyed all the evils we serve
And left hefty tokes for those folks who deserved.

Yes, they partied on New Year's in each part of town,
Except possibly where our art can be found.
Yes, art, culture, beatniks! We have them in spades.
On the First Friday of each month they're on total display.

There is only one spot where our art hopes are aimed.
So, if you get lost there's no one else to blame.
You can park on a Boulder, and keep to the West.
Admire the mural (the kids did their best).

Ars Longa, Vita Brevis, so move it along
Pass 107 plus two getting where you belong.
Ask thyself, "What is behind this hidden attraction
near the foot of the stairs to the king of abstraction?"
